SHIPPING POLICY

Due to new Government Legislation all air guns, air rifles,
air pistols and silencers must be sold on a face to face basis from a
Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD).

Shotguns, rifles, and shotgun/rifle ammunition have always
had the requirement that they are sold on this basis.

 

Bearing this in mind, there are several ways we could have
dealt with selling to you through the website but most of them would be quite
laborious and time-consuming. We therefore have decided to proceed as
following: you place the items you require into your basket and if there is an
age restriction on them, you will be asked to upload your ID. We will at this
stage require the details of your nearest RFD that you would like your items
delivered to. Your RFD will charge you a small fee (usually approximately £25)
for dealing with the administration element and will then be in a position to
give you the goods you had ordered from Morgans.

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Order tracking and shipping information are available after
the order has been shipped. 

Please double-check your shipping address before and after
placing your order. In the event of a misplaced package because incorrect
address information was provided, please be aware that we won't be able to
offer refunds or replacements.

Our goal with this policy is to manage your shipment
efficiently and securely, making sure it reaches you as intended.

You are responsible for determining that no laws or
regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of our products and that there
are no other reasons that you cannot legally purchase or possess the
product. 

 

Standard Postal Orders

If you have placed an order for some wellington boots, a gun
bag or maybe a scope (not a firearm or silencer) then you can expect your order
to arrive by normal courier service (APC) within 2-3 days of placing your
order.

 

 

Visiting Us

You can of course buy your CO2 guns, air rifles, air
pistols, shotguns, rifles, ammo and accessories, from our store in Oswestry,
Shropshire. Please bring current photo ID and proof of address.

If you have a particular item in mind it is best to contact
us in advance so we can ensure the item is in stock.
